How to order

Step 1
You are looking for medication you would like to order. You can use an image of the medication on the home page, or the menu on the left-hand side of the home page. You complete the number you would like to receive, and then click on the button 'Buy Now'. A new window will open where you can view your cart with your order overview.

Attention: If you still require more medication, simply close the cart content window, search for more products just as you did above, and add the required amount. In this way you are able to make several requests for medication in one request.

After that an order overview is shown. You need to check the order and then click on the button 'check out'.

Step 2
On this page the register possibilities are shown, e.g. New Customer and Returning Customer . By clicking on the button you can select the desired option.

After this you arrive at the personal details section. Please fill in your personal details and click on the button 'Continue'. After your account has been created click on the button 'Continue'.

Attention: If you logged into your account then your personal details are already filled out.

This is where you carry out a check on your delivery information to make sure that all your details are correct. Then you click on the button 'Continue'.

Attention: If any part of the details is incorrect, click on the 'back' button to amend your details.

Step 3
You now arrive at the payment page. You need to select the desired payment method. You will be directed to the specific page of the payment method which provides you with more information about the payment method. Here you can view your delivery information and enter your credit card details. Once all done and checked, click on the button 'Confirm Order'.

After you have paid, your order will be processed. You will receive a confirmation email with all details of your order. Your order is now completed.

Attention: if you did not receive the confirmation email, something went wrong. We advise you to check your junk mail (spam mail). You need to place our email address on your safe list. In the future you will receive the confirmation email without any problems in your inbox.
