How long before I get my medications?
All orders are processed and dispatched within 48 hours and can be delivered to you any time from 7 to 14 days once despatched from our pharmacies. There are differences in delivery times for different countries on account of distance and the service efficiency of your local postal service. If however you need help at any stage, please contact us and we will track it down for you.
How will my order be packaged?
Most discreetly to say the least; we at 247Doc understand that your health is private. For this very reason, your order is delivered in a white envelope which reveals nothing about its contents.
How much is the delivery cost?
We offer free shipping on all orders to all countries. All orders are shipped with registraterd airmail, delivery time 7-14 days. All shipments are trackable, secured and in case of loss or damage, we will reship without any extra costs.
Will the delivery service require me to sign for it?
Yes, the delivery service will require you to be at home to sign for the delivery. This serves as a confirmation of you having received your medications. If you are not at home to receive it, the courier normally will leave a calling card requesting you to either call and collect your order from their local delivery office or for make alternate arrangements for delivery at a time and place convenient to you.
Its been 14 days since I placed my order. When will I receive it?
Before contacting 247Doc about an order which has not been delivered, please check your email and spam box to ensure we have been able to charge your card. If your card could not be authorised, you should have an email advising you of this. Many customers simply ignore the transaction declined e-mails our system generates if your card cannot be authorized. If we have successfully charged your card, please allow the standard delivery times quoted. If your items have not been delivered, please contact your local Post Office first as often, the postmen do not leave cards for items which cannot be delivered. Many times, they are just waiting there for you to collect. If they are not waiting there, please contact us. On very rare occasion, an order will be lost* in shipping or seized by customs. In such cases, we always reship the order free of charge. *If you have not received your order until 4 weeks and tracking show no results, we will classify it as being lost. After a brief investigation and a check of your address, we will then issue a replacement to you.
Important note: It is your responsibility to ensure that the information you provide is completely accurate. 247Doc will not accept responsibility for orders which go missing as a result of incorrect address information.
I purchased 360 pills but only received one package containing 180 pills?
Please note that if there are more then 180 pills in your order, the order will be sent in several packages. For example: When you purchase 360 pills you will receive 2 packages each containing 180 pills, therefore you might receive the packages on different days.
How do I place an order online?
First you click on Buy now and you will be taken to our create account form. Please provide all requested contact information, including shipping address. You now arrive at the payment page. You need to select the desired payment method. Yes, although we were established to assist people in Europe, we do ship worldwide to all countries.
